2 嚴格執行員工手冊規則和店鋪標準操作程序,用積極的方式鼓勵員工完成銷售目標Following strictly & enforcing the Sephora Employee Handbook and Store SOPs. Encourage our employee in a positive manner in order to achieve store targets
2 銷售管理Sales Management
2 根據消費者需要,創造一個充滿激情的環境,包括對產品的了解,客戶的滿意度和提供最好的專家意見,以完成最終目標Create a passionate environment of product understanding, customer satisfaction & delivery of the best “expertise” based on consumer needs inorder to achieve final goal
2 店內貨品及固定資產管理Merchandizing and fixed asset management
2 確保倉庫貨物的安全保存,協助店鋪經理監督店鋪的損益Make sure our Merchandizing is safely stored in the storage room, Assist store manager to monitor store P&L
2 現金管理Cash management
2 監督收銀臺以保證收銀工作井然有序, 維持店鋪適當的現金流動Monitor cashiering process smoothly at the cashier desk, Maintain proper cash flow at the store
2 客戶關系管理CRM Management
2 嚴格地實行的客戶關系管理政策和策略,避免任何客戶關系欺騙事件發生To strictly follow and secure the implementation of Sephora’s CRM Policies and Strategies to avoid any CRM fraud case from happening
任職資格的具體描述:
2 具有3年以上零售、店鋪管理經驗3+ years in retails/store line management
2 2年以上團隊管理工作 2 years team management experience
2 性格開朗,善于與人溝通, 邏輯性強,且注重細節Passionate and open to communicate, Logical mind set and detail-oriented
2 帶薪年假10天;
